At Street Muse, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or personal preference.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@streetmuse.eu.

Please include:

  • your order number,
  • a brief description of the issue,
  • clear photos showing the problem.

We'll review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Returns

Since all products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect size selection,
  • change of mind,
  • personal preference,
  • accidental orders.

Please check our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment and find the best solution.
